🌊 In the heart of Nice’s most vibrant and sought-after district, just a few steps from Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin, the Mamabaldi Apartment welcomes you on the 6th and top floor of a modern Niçoise building. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a calm, discreet, and privileged setting while remaining just moments from the city’s lively atmosphere.

🚪 From the moment you enter, the apartment impresses with its functional, well-designed layout. A wooden wardrobe with mirror is perfect for getting ready before heading out. The three-point security entrance door ensures peace of mind throughout your stay.
A centralized control system allows easy management of the electric roller shutters, adding everyday comfort and convenience.
A large storage closet is provided for shoes, luggage, and personal belongings, while a technical closet includes a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, and maintenance equipment.

🛋️ The living room, warm and elegant, immediately invites relaxation. A green-toned sofa blends harmoniously into the space and faces a large Smart TV (120 cm).
Wooden parquet flooring adds warmth and character to the room.
A marble-effect coffee table on a beige rug, along with a comfortable armchair, completes this welcoming living area.
LED lighting allows you to create different ambiences, while reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort year-round.
With a dual south/north exposure, the living space enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day and opens directly onto a stunning 14 m² terrace, a true extension of the living room.

🍽️ The open-plan kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living area, combines wood, beige tones, and marble-effect stone with elegance.
Fully equipped, it features induction cooktops, an oven, a suspended extractor hood, an integrated dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, as well as a coffee machine and kettle.
The microwave, built into wooden cabinets above the sink, optimizes space. Numerous power outlets make daily use easy, and all necessary tableware and kitchen equipment are provided.
A round dining table with four chairs creates a pleasant space for sharing convivial meals and enjoying local specialties.

🛏️ The first bedroom, with balcony access, is a true haven of tranquility. Measuring approximately 7 m², it features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with storage base, complemented by integrated overhead storage.
A large sliding glass door opens onto a quiet inner-courtyard balcony, furnished with a small table for enjoying time outdoors. White sheer curtains add softness and privacy.
The décor, in white and brown tones, is refined and elegant. Standard and USB power outlets are available on both sides of the bed, along with switches to adjust the lighting. Reversible air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year.

🛏️ The main bedroom offers a comfortable, bright space designed for restful nights. It includes a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with storage, a large wardrobe/dressing area, and additional storage.
A triptych of windows provides abundant natural light and open views toward the palaces of Nice Nord, while sheer curtains maintain privacy.
A Smart TV, a suspended lamp, and tasteful décor complete the room, which is also equipped with reversible air conditioning.

🚿 The bathroom, fully finished in marble-effect materials, combines elegance with functionality. It features a walk-in shower with a gold-toned shower column, an integrated niche with toiletries provided, and a heated towel rail.
The gold-finished vanity unit, backlit mirror, and smart storage enhance comfort.
A washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated space for a drying rack are also available.

🚽 The separate toilet is thoughtfully designed, featuring a hand basin, gold-toned fixtures, bidet spray, ebony-toned wooden storage, terracotta walls, and a framed mirror—creating a practical yet refined space.

🌿 The 14 m² terrace, directly accessible from the living room, is a true highlight. Furnished with a table for four and an outdoor lounge set, it offers open views over the rooftops of Nice, the Castle Hill, and the port. Ambient lighting allows you to enjoy this outdoor space both day and evening.

Guest access

🛗 Located on the 6th and top floor of the building, the apartment is accessible by elevator up to a half-landing, followed by a few steps to reach the front door. Stairs are, of course, also available for those who prefer them.

The apartment is set on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful environment while being in the heart of one of the city’s most lively and sought-after neighborhoods

Just 30 seconds on foot, you can reach Place Garibaldi, Place du Pin, and the Nice East / Nice North tramway.

Within 1 to 2 minutes’ walk, the direct tram line to the airport (Garibaldi – Château line) allows easy and convenient access to the airport.

The neighborhood offers a dynamic and pleasant atmosphere, with local food shops, quality restaurants, trendy addresses, and lively bars.
A district that is both local and touristic, highly appreciated for its unique vibe.

🥣 Just a few minutes away, discover Gare du Sud and its Mediterraneo concept, dedicated to Mediterranean culture and gastronomy, along with a modern cinema. Nearby as well, Marché des Docks de la Riviera immerses you in a friendly atmosphere centered around local products.

🚶‍♂️ Finally, the city center, Old Town (Vieux-Nice), and the beaches are easily accessible, with Place Masséna located approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

🕠 Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM by appointment, allowing us to welcome you personally and hand over the keys. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a time slot must be arranged in advance and additional fees may apply.

✅ For your comfort, household linen is provided: sheets, pillowcases, towels, and a tea towel.

🛏️ By default, for two guests, only one double bed is prepared. If you would like a second bed made, please select the “Additional linen” option (€25 laundry fee).

☕️ To start your stay off right, we offer some welcome products: coffee pods, tea bags, shower gel, shampoo, and basic kitchen essentials.

📝 To help us prepare your arrival, please complete the online check‑in form as soon as you book. It allows us to collect essential information: your contact details, number of guests, number of beds required, any comments, expected arrival time, as well as the data needed for invoicing and the mandatory police registration for foreign travelers.
