Free cancellation up to 15 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation of your stay, the following conditions apply:

✅ 1. Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival

• 100% credit: you can receive a credit equivalent to 100% of the amounts already paid. This credit is valid for 12 months from the originally scheduled arrival date.
• Refund: if you prefer a refund, it will be made minus a 3% transaction fee.

⚠️ 2. Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival

• Only the cleaning fees and the tourist tax may be subject to a refund request.
• If the balance is not paid 15 days before arrival, the booking may be cancelled, the deposit will be retained, and the calendar will be reopened for other guests.

🛑 Exception – Government travel restrictions (e.g. COVID-19)

• In the event of a government travel ban, the notice period is reduced to 10 days before arrival.
• The same options of credit or partial refund apply in this case.
